Unlimited Business Hour Site Visits

If you have a problem that our team cannot fix remotely, one of our friendly support team will visit your site during business hours 8am to 6pm within 24 hours to help resolve the issue.

Limited Business Hour Site Visits

If you have a problem that our team cannot fix remotely, one of our friendly support team will visit your site during business hours 8am to 6pm within 48 hours to help resolve the issue. There are a limit of 2 free site visits per calendar month and any unused site visits expire at the end of each month.

As Microsoft Operating System and Office updates become available, our team shall test them and apply them to your server to ensure that it is constantly kept up to date with the latest security and critical patches.
